The club is nestled in the transitional area between the beach and the dense trees providing a common area for the Sanctuary homeowners to gather. The program includes; an open air dining pavilion, full service commercial kitchen, bar, restrooms, private shade structures (which double as private dining in the evening) and an extensive salt water free form pool. The site takes advantage of both sunrise over the barrier reef and the sunset over the Mayan mountains. Using local materials such as thatch roofing, stone pavers and actual trees for the columns, this club exemplifies low key relaxation.
Construction began in October 2011 and will be operational by May 2012.
